Anyway, you can take either a stat dose of 30mg metoclopramide 1h before SN or do a regime 48h before SN of 10mg every 8 hours. Then, if you want, you can take an acid regulator 40 minutes before SN. Then, 15-20mg SN diluted in water.

Tagamet and zantac lowers your acid in the stomach theyre PPI , or they act like one.

I know zantac ( ranitidine) is a PPI thst and omeprazol is what I got for my bad acid reflux. So I guess we just use antiemetics and SN.

So if I understand correctly, PPI are not making SN less toxic, the only problem with them is they supposedly cancel out the hypotension as a result of SN consumption ? In that case its easy, to take benzo or as I planned anyway taking 2 sleeping pills like Zolpidem half an hour before

I would not advise zolpidem (ambien ) as the sleep induce window is only 15min , then the hypnotic lasts for 6h i believe.

on the post quoted it says "you only may use histamine H2 antagonists for acid reducer (e.g., cimetidine, ranitidine) that ends with tideen. Don't bother with acid reducer if you don't have access to the right type"

I don't know I've been starting to read from the start so I didn't get there yet. The post is very big. Let's see what others say. I can tell you being taking on and off for years that ranitidine is a PPi .

By the way can you be so kind to explain why you can't take anti psychotics and anti emetics together like you told me in another post?

I'm benzo tolerant and for both choloroquine and SN , my methods I'd like to be asleep. Ty !

anti psychotic cannot be taken with antiemetics so you are better off taking benzo instead.

Hi, Ranitidine is not PPI , PPI are newer typs of antiacids.

• I take zolpidem for years now, so I m pretty tolerant, appreciate your concern
• I think you asked about combo antipsychotics and antiemetics (dopamine antagonists) , I cant be certain what the person had in mind as a reason why not use it together, but I think due to increase chance of extrapyramidal side effects

Is there any way to test if the powder/crystal/substance that I have is indeed a Sodium Nitrite? I just feel really paranoid about it. I tried putting very little (like few "dots") SN in my mouth. Because the amount was so little, I barely tasted a bit of saltiness on my tongue.

I didn't feel any headache, nausea, or anything dramatic in my body. The lack of bad reaction made me felt paranoid even more. I wish I can perform just one chemical reaction that prove beyond the shadow of doubt that my SN is indeed Sodium Nitrite, not a regular salt.

Good question. Benzo's are a good idea to use to help calm the nerves with the SN method but its reported that combining them with metoclopramide and cimetidine will increase their effects. Just don't take an absurb amount because you will probably blackout. Use them as an aid to calm yourself and NOT as a method in themselves. I plan on taking a moderate amount of Lorazepam with a relatively common dose of codeine. So I definitely have to be careful as combining benzos + metoclopramide + opioids is even more risky.

You can get SN from APC on eBay too. Give it try and see if they let you
i don't think anyone has been stopped as of yet...

It appears that suppliers are catching on more now. My guess is that SN will soon be restricted. The authorities and businesses WILL find a way.

Ranitidine is not a Proton Pump Inhibitor. An antacid yes, but milder and a different mode of action. Omeprazole and Lanzoprazole are the main PPIs.

Interesting. I ordered from them 2 days ago. My package will arrive next tuesday. They didn't ask anything, but they sent a tutorial about hazardous chemicals. It was their direct website, not ebay.

I think he was wrong, there is a section where you can contact them on their website and they ask for your company name but aside from that it seems fine. Checked out with SN and they didn't ask for anything, I didn't complete purchase, it was just to check.

I think that ranitidine is generally the one used nowadays, more so than cimetidine (Tagamet) but I don't know why. I'm a nurse not a doctor.

So i'm very worried because i bought 35g of SN on ebay last week and i tried to check the product (blood sample didn't turn blue at all ) so i' looking for a seller bur certified because i don't have so much time alone at home and I need this .
