In about 20 minutes I'm planning to take 30mg Primperan and 800mg Tagamet, then in about an hour after that I'll take 12g SN in 60ml water. Does this all sound right?

I'm going with a lower SN dose because I'm do light. I considered doing a lower dose of Primperan and Tagamet too, but Primperan is only making the chip in my head worse, I'm actually not getting side-effects from it. That's a first for a medication for me.

Ok I have everything on the way, I'm so impatient to die now. Today would have been the perfect day. No one is home and I'm alone for the whole day.
I ordered tha T stuff
Top notch sodium nitrite
Scale
Metoclopramide
Now it's just a waiting game.
I can't suffer anymore so I don't imagine taking this is gonna be worse than what I'm currrntky experiencing.
If I'm on medication should I stop taking it?
What do you think?
Is meclizine the same as metoclopramide?

Meclizine is an otc anti e found in popular name brands such as "Dramamine" (all day less drowsy) version. It's not the same as metoclopramide

got my SN from UK today, it is an addition to my chloroquine methode (if i will ever do this someday). It tastes for my opinion like baking soda, not good. And I guess that knowing the fact, that it will kill me, can make me subconsciously want to throw it.
btw.after ingestion of small amount of SN on my fingertip it feel myself a bit dizzy. Probably dizziness has some other cause, of course

Is the Tagamet necessary??

We're here if you want to talk like Karangel25 says. You're not alone even though I don't know you.
I looked up Tagamet on amazon and it came up with Nexium, I couldn't find it on ebay. Is it okay to buy that instead? I'm not going for a while but want to get in everything I need.

What's better Zantac 75mv or Ranitidine 75mg, or the Nexium 20mg tablets, would one of them (thinking of going with Ranitidine) count because I can't get Tagamet. Are these other names for Tagamet?

Is 15gm of SN "optimal"? What if I take more than 15gm, say, 30gm or 50gm? Will it work better if I take more?
I would like to know the answer to this also

does anyone know a good SN Company besides apc pure and biomus?
I'm considering buying from the guy on ebay, seems legit, although the stuff comes
without a label (has anyone used it for ctb?) Apc pure doesn't deliver to my country, nor the polish company :/
I'm in eastern Europe...

Mine is coming from Poland. Got it off ebay.co.uk. I'll post when I get delivery email. There is this NatriumnitriteSodiumNitrite, it says 99.9%, It might be same person. It was £15 something but converted to £12.35 I think. Just look up that.

Going with the Ranitidine. Unsure whether to get 75mg or 150mg. Unsure whether to take it just one or two before the sn. I'll look through thread if no onr knows.

Was wondering the same as well. I have my sn just need acid reducers I can buy at the store since I'm no longer doing the SN+DMSO method anymore.

Zantac, Ranitidine and Ranitidinum are all the same tablets, just different names.
Nexium, Esomeprazol and Vimovo are all the same to.

Hypoxia caused by insufficient oxygen in the air produces euphoria, then you black out. Pilot training includes learning to recognise the early signs of hypoxia in a hypobaric chamber. The delivery of oxygen deficit is via breathing. Pilots are rigorously taught to recognise the signs. Blue fingertips is a biggie, especially if you are flying above 14,000 ft and you start feeling inanely happy.

What PN refers to as "hypoxia" when he is taking about the mechanism of death by SN is nothing like altitude hypoxia. It is lack of oxygen due to the red blood cells' reduced capacity to carry oxygen because they have been "hijacked" by the sodium. This process, and the symptoms prior to death, are nothing like altitude euphoria. The experience as organs shut down is documented in many scholastic articles, and it's not pleasant at all.

If PN hadn't already been "encouraged" to surrender his medical license, he would have lost it for the ignorant and misleading comparison. He claims death by SN is euphoric. It is not. Suggesting it is by reference to altitude euphoric hypoxia is bordering on criminal misrepresentation.

Caution. Remember that PN is NOT a registered medical practitioner. He is selling death via the fully commercial PPeH. I am waiting for his next announcement:

"Shares in the Brooklyn Bridge now available! Full jumping rights guaranteed! Register early for free bonus propeller cap to make your fall Insta-worthy!"

Or, other random shit.

Kim-Jong-Un-Rocke-2t.png

This is such a load of shit. This guy was a total idiot spreading unnecessary fear and misinformation.

There are 5 different types of hypoxia.
  • Hypoxic hypoxia (hypoxemic hypoxia): In this type of hypoxia, the tissues do not have enough oxygen because there is a lack of oxygen in the blood flowing to the tissues. Hypoxic hypoxia can be caused by inadequate breathing as well as other causes.
  • Anemic hypoxia: In the setting of anemia, low hemoglobin levels result in a reduced ability of the blood to carry oxygen that is breathed in, and hence, a diminished supply of oxygen available to the tissues. Anemia can, in turn, be caused by many conditions.
  • Stagnant hypoxia (circulatory hypoxia): This form of hypoxia is caused by inadequate blood flow, which results in less oxygen available to the tissues.
  • Histiotoxic hypoxia: With histiotoxic hypoxia, an adequate amount of oxygen is inhaled through the lungs and delivered to the tissues, but the tissues are unable to use the oxygen that is present.
  • Metabolic hypoxia: Metabolic hypoxia occurs when there is more demand for oxygen by the tissues than usual. Oxygen may be absorbed, transported, and used properly by the tissues, but due to a condition that raises metabolism, it is still not enough. An example of this is sepsis (a serious and overwhelming infection.)
There is no such thing as "altitude hypoxia." That would be categorized as hypoxic hypoxia:
  • Hypoxic hypoxia (hypoxemic hypoxia): In this type of hypoxia, the tissues do not have enough oxygen because there is a lack of oxygen in the blood flowing to the tissues. Hypoxic hypoxia can be caused by inadequate breathing as well as other causes.

SN would be categorized as anemic hypoxia due to methemoglobinemia:

Anemic hypoxia: In the setting of anemia, low hemoglobin levels result in a reduced ability of the blood to carry oxygen that is breathed in, and hence, a diminished supply of oxygen available to the tissues

CO poisoning is also in this category. As it has been said on this forum in the past, SN kills you in the same way as CO. It is a peaceful method.

Ok I'm going to (try to) go through with this method, I'm super worried about getting caught though, if I buy some Primperan from ebay, is there any chance of getting in trouble at customs or something. Don't want some police coming over because I tried to get something I shouldn't have.

I doubt you'll get in any trouble, mail it to a fake name at your address.

???
Have you not asked this before? It is virtually unanimously agreed upon that Nembutal is superior to SN, but it is more expensive and harder to obtain. Nitschke says the same.

I may end up forced to go with a SN from a non-company seller - how can I test the product?
If I prick myself and let some blood come into contact with the SN, and the blood goes blue,
does that mean it's pure? (warning: don't touch the SN with your hands, use gloves while dealing with it)

Checked status of the primperan, it says Departure From Outward Office Of Exchange, its been that since the 12th. Does that mean made it through customs or is still there?
