SN interest

I have interest in SN but I am not really good at measuring and such.

I have a dopamine blocker (injectable) I am on called invega half-yeara. Would it help or hurt being on this. I can't get off of it based on my husbands expectations.

Idk about the invega, I would think it wouldn't hurt, but it has no antiemetic properties so you'll also need an antiemetic.

Not good at measuring? I bought measuring spoons that measure grams and pitchers that measure mls on Amazon to keep things simple.

Thanks. I don't know what to do. I'll can't live like this with this disability very long. It is horrific and I need to figure it out as soon as possible.
