I weigh 45kg and plan on ingesting 25g SN and a second cup of 25g as well if i throw up. Will it work if i just fast for 12 hours without any anti-emetics or other kinds of medicine to calm me down? If I have to, what are some otc drugs i could use?

OTC anti emetics like pepto and others would be better than nothing. For your own comfort and state of mind some benzos or even opiates would be beneficial. It would suck to be in a state of panic. Have you tried to do any shopping on the dark web?what do you mean by uncomfortable? Would i feel myself suffocating or losing my breath before i pass out?

From what a read, you will experience intense nausea, tachycardia and will experience a loss of oxygen. All of that at a minimum would cause distress and panic. Everyone recommends some benzos or even opiates to combat this for your comfort. None of it is necessary except the anti emetics due to vomiting but a second dose could fix that. Most of the additional meds are to give you a better and more comfortable send off. If that isn't concern, don't worry about it.Similar threads
