My SN is here. It came in a discrete package. I have it poured into a glass in front of me just waiting for water. I already took 75 mg of seroquel. I wrote out my notes and I'm cleaning up my room. I've been praying a lot and looking to God for some sort of answer but He just doesn't give me anything. I wish I had someone to hold me right now and be with me while I'm going through this. Going to take a shower to sort out of my thoughts

Hi, if you're not sure better not to do it, you can always postpone this decision, make sure that's what you want, especially with Sn which requires preparation and following the protocol, if you want to talk we are here for it.

Please check out Stan's Guide to SN first - it takes a few things to make taking NS a little more enjoyable. Taking seroquel once is of no use - as a dopamine blocker it has to be taken over a longer period of time. Maybe you should give God some time to answer you too :)

Where does it say dopamine blockers must be taken over a longer period of time? I have one, but I thought I could just take it the day I'm ready. I absolutely cannot tolerate being on antipsychotics long enough to feel them working.
What alternatives exist?
