Fasted nearly 24hrs

24:00 3 tabs benadryl
3 gravol tabs

1:30 4mg Clonazepam
75mg Quetiapine to help sedate/sleep

3:00 couple sips pepto-bismol

3:15 2 cups 25g SN in each, 50-100ml water

I'm not good with goodbyes. Thanks to anyone I've communicated with a bit, great support here. I'm grateful to have found this site only months ago.

Stan's guide eecommends 4 to 8 hours of fasting, depending on your metabolism- most people do 8, some people do more, apparently to try to reduce risk of vomiting. Is it better to fast longer? This is not clear. Stan's Guide works when followed closely, so I personally would go with 8 hours.
