I think its advised to fast for 12 hours before drinking it. You want it to absorb into your stomach and intestines.

I can't believe it. Today I had no regrets to end my life and hid the sn in my basement and can't find it anymore. It's like a curse.

I know 100 % that I hid it there. Nobody has access to my cellar and it's gone. What a shitty situation.
