Help SN from TIG?

Can anyone verify if the SN sold on a website with the acronym TIG (purple logo, white lettering) is legit? The cost is in MYR RM and while the SN itself is cheap, the shipping makes it almost $150 USD. Just want to check before buying if anyone has had luck from them?

iirc the purity from tig was not high enough.
