SN from DMC stuck in customs :((

I'm so upset. My SN order is in customs and they required me to submit documents like invoice. The order will definitely return back to DMC but at least DMC offered to refund and resend it again.

(I'm from EU in case you wonder )

My 2nd one is also stuck in customs, in the US. He has ignored my requests to send another.

Dmc didnr state it was SN but something else instead. So we really don't have an invoice

Customs requires an invoice so they can assess if duties/taxes are due on imports. If you have it resent be sure dmc includes an invoice or it will get held up again.

I provided the wrong zipcode so my package was delayed a bit (hopefully coming tomorrow or the next day) but if i had not made the mistake it would have taken 13 days from ordering the package to having it be delivered. You personally would not get in legal trouble, there is nothing illegal about ordering SN in the USA.
