SN expiration??

So I'm posting again about the same bottle of unused SN, but this time I really do plan to use it. I ordered this SN around Nov 2019 and have had it since then in a dark cabinet, completely sealed, never opened. It's obviously around 4 years old but I was wondering if it was still good to use. Will it be effective? It's clumped up, but idk someone pls help. I can't seem to find another source:/

I think that if you kept it in a dark cabinet away from sunlight and never opened it, it should still be okay

should I take more than the recommended? also how sure is the blood test? if it passes the blood test does that mean it's for sure still effective??

I don't know much about SN but if I were you I would just take the recommended amount since using more can cause vomiting, and I would trust it as long as it passed the blood test, there have been examples of people using 20 year old SN. Again I don't know much about SN, but that's just what I think

I don't know about SN specifically but generally sythetic stuff doesn't really expire (just loses potency after some years) and minerals tend to stay as potent as declared after expiring for quite a while. Most minerals have a 2-3 year expiration date which for manifacturing regulary gets extended for another year upon request.

As suggested you should test it. As far as I know theres a blood and an aquarium test.

It should be okay to use considering that you haven't opened it yet and it was stored in a dark cabinet.
