Hey guys.

Got my SN recently, will blood test it soon.

I have meto 10mg pills, about 50 pills.

I also have Nexium at home.

Stan's Guide and PPH recommend stuff that I don't have in my country (Tagamet and other stuff)

Is it OK if I just take Meto + Nexium + painkillers for SN?

Thank you.

Would Meto + Nexium work in combination like AE + antacid?

I would say you have the important pieces as the beta blockers and benzos would just be more for the comfort factor. I would suggest possibly getting a regular otc antacid instead of the Nexium as it is classified as a PPI which Stan's Guide suggests is not very useful for the SN process. Either way, the SN and AE are the most important parts for effectiveness from my understanding.

I don't have Tagamet or Rantidine, I have Rennie and Nexium, both are OTC

What would you recommend?

Also no benzos and BB for me, they're prescription only in my country

Mhm, indeed, I got meto and SN itself, but was worried about what kind of antacid to take... Tagamet/Rantidine are suggested but they are not sold in my country...
I also don't have Milk of Magnesia here :(

From my understanding, a basic antacid that functions as an immediate acid reducer is preferred to a PPI based option. I have not seen others mentioned by name in the guides tho, just a general statement about PPIs being ineffective for SN. Wish I could be more specific, but I would be hesitant to mention anything by name that I had not seen in previous guides from reliable sources.
