Sn can be easily bought here in egypt. But I don't have the energy to execute my sn plan. Which I had a partner to help me.

My main problem though is that getting a visa is not easy. Also my parents would begin to panic and maybe report me missing if I am gone for too long

Hmm there may be visa free countries for you to keep in mind? With the parents panicking, any chance you could have a friend cover for you?
