So I've ordered Meto and plan to order SN very soon, plan to round things off with Ibuprofen but heard Benzos are necessary for making SN more comfortable. That being said, could Benzos be avoided as I don't have any easy way to obtain them. I've read Stan's guide, I know you need to keep SN down (Meto), get beta blockers which should be available at any local pharmacy, and get painkillers for other symptoms. Are Benzos really necessary because the symptoms are uncomfortable enough on their own?

Benzos are only suggested so you don't freak out and lessen your chances of success. If you don't have access to them, then you can do without, just as you can do without beta blockers, but make sure you're really ready before you attempt

In my own understanding benzos are required for anxiety brought by the whole process and the SI .I saw it required a lot of them in the PPh ,though i have seen members who have ctbd without them.

What about benadryl? I heard it can be used for sleeping, and benzos have the same effect (sleeping). Would it work? I have no access to benzos either....

It's an antipsychotic, so no. Xanax, Valium, Lorazepam, etc, these are anxiolytics. There are more out there obviously but no antipsychotic will have the same effects on anxiety (I've tried a lot of them so I can speak from experience)
