If I may ask, are you in the US? There are completely legit sellers that will sell 99% pure SN at very reasonable rates. Mine, I believe, was under 15 dollars, US.

Regarding expiry date, you can probably take a guess and go for 1.5 years.
Provided you repeat the aquarium test before using, you should probably be okay.

Even after 10 years, SN is deadly.
Year ago, I bought SN from the same seller - ******** store. Now the store is closed, but he sent me link to the new site. SN arrived in plastic box - 50 gm. Most ppl buying 25-50gm. I guess that original bag is 1 kg and he distributes in bulk 20 doses of 50 grams.
