This in no way is meant to fear monger or scare anyone. But just me sharing my experience. I have recently failed an sn attempt on Wednesday night. It was because I drank too little sn and vomited it all up. I woke up Thursday morning feeling fine except for some soreness around my upper stomach, I assume due to me vomiting. That soreness is gone now (it's Friday for me so two days later). I have noticed that I'm not peeing as much as I used to even though I'm drinking a lot of water. Someone on here pointed out that I should go get my kidneys checked out because there was a study about sn causing acute renal damage in rats when tested. I have a feeling the sn did do at least something to my kidneys because my bathroom patterns are different than normal. It has only been two days so I will wait maybe a couple days and see if the patterns are still the same. I am not really able to just up and go see a doctor but if it becomes a big concern I will try. As of now I will just wait and see, I will try drinking more amounts of water as well. For some background I am of healthy weight for my gender and age group, I don't have any previous health issues either. I wonder if this will clear up on its own or not. But either way if you are thinking about using sn I just want you to know about how it can affect your kidneys. Some people may not have noticed what I did so I just wanted to share.
