1)What dose of Xanax (benzo) is enough to calm anxiety but not make you sleep?

2) What dose of Propranolol will slow my heart rate but not make me fall asleep?



Two days left until I drink SN
I will follow stan's guide. But I'm worried that I won't be able to drink a second drink in my sleep. Also, I try to stay awake because I can vomit in my sleep.

Please help me ;)
