SN and ordering it without having a company/ legality and import issues

Hi I am very new on this site.

I have found a site to order SN in Poland. I am not giving the site name, for personal moral and ethical reasons. I am careful with ordering to the Netherlands considering:

1: Using a fake name, if I use a fake name it might register or doubt my credit card name
2: Unusual activities might be reported, will I be able to order without naming a company?
3: What address to use?

Is there anyone with experience ordering without being caught or suspicious. Or is Poland easy with regulations? If I get caught I might lose my license or get a criminal record? That would drive me even more to CTB. I have heard in large amounts its a precursor for making explosives and is therefore extra regulated. Also its been in the news a lot in the Netherlands.

Is there a thread on this, or someone with information? Or am more safe with shipping, living in a EU country like Poland.

Well, you should make everything fake and use PayPal if possible. If possible, change your PayPal name to a random email address and provide fake details. Additionally, do not link your credit card to PayPal; instead, send money to PayPal on the desktop website through ideal. I am also from the Netherlands, and addresses are always difficult to find. Instead of the Netherlands, you should use an address in Poland. You can book a vacation home with Booking.com for a few days, and then leave. Could you please show me the website so that I can determine whether it is a government-owned website or a legitimate one?
