I am considering SN but I have severe migraine attacks, one of the triggers being "nitrites and nitrates" (in food, ie, cured meats). If it triggers a migraine there is no way I can keep anything down, I have vomited/gagged for 12+ hours with migraines despite antiemetics. I also would really not want to ctb in the pain that has traumatized me so much. Is anyone else looking into this method with migraine? I am not very capable and don't know if I can do another method (I know that's the obvious response, do something else) but yeah anyone else with migraines in here thinking about this issue?

i'm so sorry about the pain you've experienced. I cant help you, but i think you should consider other methods. I just read about shallow-water drowning and that could bs a possibility if you want to die peacefully. I'm wishing you the best.

Thank you for your kind words. After reading some posts on here about it, it seems like there's not any accounts of it working if someone isn't fully swimming ie it wouldn't work in the bathtub. I'll keep an eye for new info though. I'm still hoping Pegasos will accept me as that would be the safest surest route.

At least with SN death comes to relieve you of whatever pain it may cause. At least that's how I am.coming to terms with the idea. I've been in horrible neurological pain before and at one point there was no end in sight.

Do you know if your migraine is allergy/histamine/MCAS related? Maybe h1/ h2 antihistamines could help (for sure test needed before ctb...:-( )
Benadryl (H1) / Famotidine (H2) could potentially be used with SN. Benadryl as AE and Famotidine as antacid.

Yeah I've tried using those medications to treat both my gastritis and migraines as it would make sense it was MCAS but without success… but it's a good line of reasoning, thank you for commenting <3

That's true and I have been thinking about this too. I think I have a very hard time doing anything that causes pain, so it's not just SI but fear of the pain and how long that will last for, it's a fear instinct that stops me if that makes sense.

So maybe your migraine is Nitric Oxide related... SN make produce it (it is just an hypothesis and I have no other solution, sorry :-( )
Article on this :

I have a shortness of breath because of damaged nerves, so I understand your concern about your issue with migraine...
