Hi, i have hypothyroidism and i can choose to either undermedicate, take my meds as usual or overnedicated. If i undermedicate my metabolism slows down and my depression intensifies which can help me get over SI. If i overmedicate my metabolism goes and my anxiety also goes up which also helps with SI. What do you guys think?

Hi. Are there other side effects that might make a difference either way that may make it harder to actually ctb. I was just thinking abt this and my slow metabolism. As someone suggested it may just take longer to die with a slower metabolism. It has to go through your stomach, so does that make it on an empty stomach get there slower? I'm not sure. I guess, as I started it saying, other side effects may matter in going out painlessly. 🧡
