The ones that do work do bad shit to your body.
I read that all this Instagram tea people beating their meat to is basically herbal laxatives.
I vividly remember the author of the article saying they couldn't leave the bathroom for at least three hours.

Be very careful about using these. Especially if they're from a multilevel marketing company (direct sales/legal pyramid schemes) - They're usually full of questionable things, bordering on speed or other stimulants, laxatives or it's simply just snake oil.
There's been cases of people on these things that have gotten a false positive result when drug tested at work.

There's no true shortcut asides from surgery, the best you can do is work out and count calories.

"Slimming pills" is a bit of a broad term and the ones labeled as such are usually just scams but there are pills that bodybuilders use when cutting down called Clenbuterol but it is dangerous to use if you don´t know what you are doing, it raises the body temperature significantly so you burn more fat and of course musclemass hense why bodybuilders also use testosterone on it, you also need something called T3 to keep cramps away.

I am a bit rusty it´s been years since I studied this so correct me if I`m wrong and you can read up on it yourself. But the general rule for drugs like these is if they work they are usually illegal.

It's similar but not the same but some have died saying exactly what you said as their body temperature raised to high.
