Help Simple SN protocol advice

I'll be fasting for 24 hours,

Let's say

3.30
Take 3x10 domperidone (anti emetic)
+ 1 paracetamol (for potential headache) (I'll probably drink some vodka too)

4.00 arrive at the hotel and prep 2 glasses with 100ml distilled water with 30 grams an in each (I weigh
82kg)

Do you think this simple protocol will be ok?

I have no benzos, that's why alcohol is there. Mainly to calm myself down and reduce SI

By the way a 24 hour fast is way too long. Your stomach will build up lots of acid. 8-10 hour fast is better

Possibly. Monday was the CTB date he was aiming for, and he hasn't been here since Monday morning. Maybe he'll be back but I think it's likely that he CTB'd as planned.

I know, I was going to tell him the same, but Monday was his CTB day, I think he's probably gone.

That's very interesting - I usually fast for 16 hrs most days - much easier than the 24 hr fast - at least fasting then is one less thing to worry about..
