Help Is this minimal SN protocol ok?

I'll be fasting for 24 hours,

Let's say

3.30pm
Take 3x10mg domperidone (anti emetic)
+ 2x500mg paracetamol (for potential headache) (I'll probably drink some vodka too)

4.00-4.15pm arrive at the hotel and prep 2 glasses with 50ml distilled water with 25 grams an in each

Don't drink vodka, will make you more likely to vomit.. , distilled water is only necessary to test your SN, no need for it to be while drinking the poison

If I drink the vodka around an hour prior to taking SN that probably won't make me much more likely to vomit right? I don't have access to any benzos and I know I'm going to be very anxious. And thanks for the tip about the water.

Do uu not have access to any other kind of sedative? It doesn't have to be benzos

fasting also means no water. i wouldnt recommanded.

if i remember it correctly you shouldn't do alcohol before.
there is a reason why the protocol exist

I could steal one of my grandads pregabalin tablets or codeine but I don't really want to be remembered as stealing my grandads pain meds. Other than that I don't have anything I can use

If you can't find one online. Its worth to visit a doctor, tell them you have anxiety and panic attack and sometimes sleeping problem and that you have been once prescribed alprazolam and it helps a lot.

Shall we follow the PPeH recommendation of 20x30mg benzo? Am thinking just take 2-4 mg Xanan as sedatives, 30minutes before the SN.
