Venting Sick of dealing with crippling anxiety

One anxiety inducing situation happened to me earlier in the day and I've been completely out of commission since, I can't do things I enjoy, I can't eat, I can't sleep, I feel like I'm going to throw up. I really hate myself and just want to die. I'm already on the maximum dose of an antidepressant and an antipsychotic but it doesn't help if something triggers my anxiety, I don't know if anything can help me when I'm like this. One time when going through a bad anxiety attack for days I didn't realize I had caught a stomach virus because the anxiety already gives me all of the same symptoms. I don't think I can even function in this world.

I had anxiety since I was a teenager but after taking zyprexa it spiked so high to the point where I can't function anymore and im suicidal all the time because of it

My anxiety has gotten very bad recently. Like you, I can't eat, sleep or leave the house. It's miserable.

That sounds really dreadful to me, I see it as so cruel how there's all this suffering in existing, it really sounds like you've suffered a lot, I wish you the best, I hope you find the relief you search for.
