Venting Siblings won't care if I die

I slipped in the bathroom earlier after a shower (I had a dental appointment and my brother was berating me for being "dirty" from it) and hit my head on the corner of the dryer we have in there. I come out, face puffy, and all my brother and sister could do was laugh while he kept saying how stupid I was for falling. They're having fun and laughing, and they didn't even bother to check on me. Why do I have to die for them to finally care about me?

I'm so sorry, I hope you're okay and you're not bleeding or anything. Your brother and sister should care about you, and you shouldn't have to die for them to notice. You slipped, you're human, you're not stupid for that.
