Should we start a fund?

This just occoured to me. Maybe we can start a fund to help the most needy among our community. Those who are almost sure to CTB, using N, SN, F and hanging can donate their sum/belongings. If they don't reclaim their amount within a month of donation, we can assume they are gone for good. If they did survive, we can give them their money back. The fund can also help us mantain/relocatate the site. We can also help failed attemptees.The biggest issiue is there will be misuse and scam attempt. We, as a community can disciss and decide if someone is legit or not. We need to priortize those who have willed to donate/ or have already donated.

It sounds like a nice idea, but the logistics and legality of it are just too complex and risky. Once you start working with money, that's bound to make the ears of law enforcement perk up, and that's the last thing we need.

It will be difficult done than said but it is not impossible. We can take the advantage of VPN and cryptocurrrency transatction. We can do all the financial stuff in another decoy website.Your point is valid nonetheless.
