Should I get a hotel room?

I want to go out into the words in nature near a waterfall while looking at the stars to CTB. But that seems unfair to the strangers who will likely find me. I could also be found too soon by people just wanting to have a romantic night or even a park ranger who sees my car when the trailhead is suppose to be closed. I still feel bad about a hotel room since a stranger could still find me, but I would leave a note on the door to the bathroom stating that I have CTB and that they should call the police instead of entering the room.

I could go down to Garden of the Gods at night and CTB since I've been there before at night and I didn't see a single person, but I really want to do it in the mountains instead.

I think it's unavoidable to some extent. Someone will find us.
I have the same concern, although I am not considering outdoors.
Re the hotel room, a note on an inside door is good. I was thinking I could book an extra days stay or a so, and send a delayed email to a trusted friend or someone, perhaps even the hotel itself? to say please call police / ask the manager to go to your room, and perhaps why. That way hopefully an innocent cleaner won't be the first person in.
Hope you can find peace without needing to go through on this though.

Yeah, maybe that would be best. My other concern with going into the woods is that wild animals may find me before anyone else does and desecrate my body
