Shotgun to the Head

Welp. I found my parents shotgun. Would I feel any pain if shot myself with buckshot intoral and aimed at my brainstem? My times running out and it's really intimidating cocking the shotgun and everything, but I just need some help knowing if I'm going to feel any pain if blow my head off.

Lost all hope had a 5.5 on the pain scale, and I was wondering where that residual rating came from.

the brain is destroyed before it can register pain

especially with the higher velocity magnum slugs. even magnum buckshot also but slugs have even more velocity and more power.

I doubt you'll be able to determine how they derived their agony scores.


Edit: Just found this on the Lost All Hope website in regard to lethality/time until death/agony scoring.

There is also a much published study from 19951, where 291 lay persons and 10 forensic pathologists rated the lethality, time, and agony for 28 methods of suicide for 4,117 cases of completed suicide in Los Angeles County in the period 1988-1991.
