Shipping SN to hotel in Europe?

Can I ship SN to hotel in Europe and pick it up? I am from the US

Imo yes. If you actually reside in that hotel at the time of delivery you should be able to receive mail and parcels there as this is your temporary or permanent address at the moment.

You should order the SN from within Europe to avoid potential customs stuff. There's no customs requirements for shippings within the EU.

From the experience, it's not really safe to order anything to a hotel. It's safer to choose a pick up point or a po box if it's available
