Shipping Service (SN EU)

I´m tryin´ to order "the ultimate SN" from a polish vendor starting with W. Unfortunately they only ship inside Poland, so I tried eurosender dot com but they asked me the exact units of measurement of the package. How am I supposed to know that?

Should I contact the vendor about it? I feel like the more questions I ask the least likely they gonna send me "the thing".

Maybe some of you guys are experienced using those shipping services? Am I overthinking?
