I'd love to hear from anyone here who is making progress with their journey, and maybe it can inspire others.

Progress, of course, is not a finite state; life will always be in flux, presenting you with ups and downs. The progress doesn't need to be massive, and it doesn't need to be within the bounds of what society deems successful or useful.

Some starter questions - any or all:
What are you proud of that you've done / experienced recently?
What are you finding yourself appreciating?
What kind of further progress are you wanting for yourself now?

I applied to 7 job postings this week because I'm getting sick of my job. Also exercised three times this week (and I usually hate it because I'm flat footed and it hurts!).
I've been appreciating getting some better sleep too, as I was suffering with really bad insomnia earlier this year.
