[need help]

I'm looking for ways to hurt myself that won't be visible to others; I've been using my arms so far, but it shows.

I know most people who sh in visible ways (cutting, burning, bruising, ect. if there's any other ways) and they want to hide it usually do it somewhere on their thighs, shoulders, or torso. I have also done this (never my on my torso though...)
