Sh without being in psych hospital

Hello, im new here lol
Not really new cause i know the forum about years, but i never registered. Yesterday i got the urge to talk abou this shit so,
My english isn't the best because im from brazil, but anyways
i'm used to sh in deep ways and i have scar all over my body
Wrists, legs, thights, ribs, hands
But i'm in crisis again
I wont kill myself but i want to do some serious damage but my family said that if i sh again they will put me in a mental hospital again (for the 5° time wtf)
Someone knows how can i hide and make ky family suspect less of what i am doing?
And how can i make them believe i'm not in a life danger or whatever, and yet destroy my body?
