Even without an autoimmune condition the idea of causing a pregnancy accidentally, and being responsible for a new life existing is terrifying to me. Odds are good, that poor kid would end up wishing they never existed in the first place, just like me. Maybe the exact opposite would be true, but it seems like too big of a risk.
