  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

There was a Japanese man named Hisashi Ouchi who was affected by radiation at a nuclear power plant he worked at in 1999. He was closest to the radiation and he was sent to hospital. Radiation burns were all over his body and he barely had any white blood cells left. He also had damage to his organs. He should have died then and there but noooo, of course he was kept alive. He was given cancer treatment aimed to boost his white blood cell count (prolong his suffering). The treatment didn't work, it only kept him alive longer. Ouchi had lost most of his DNA by then and his skin started peeling off from just touching his bedsheets.

After a week he told the doctors he couldn't take it anymore. At this point the doctors realized they were being idiots so they asked the parents if they should keep him alive and the parents said yes. After 59 days, Ouchi suffered three heart attacks in under an hour but the doctors revived him. The parents still wanted to torture him knowing full well he wouldn't make it out alive.
Only on the 83rd day did he finally get to die after multiple organ failure. You can search his name on google to see what he looked like by the time he had died. Warning, it's quite graphic.
This is a perfect example of selfishness. The doctors couldn't legally kill him because the law requires that they must keep someone alive if that's what the parents want.
After he died the nurses were relieved because they no longer had to keep him alive.

Also keep in mind, the photo with the guy with his hands in the air and legs up isn't him, that's a burn victim.

That was a story that always haunted me, and the photos of him on the hospital bed are nightmare fuel, how anyone thought that guy was ever going to make any type of recovery is beyond me.

Another thing that I saw on r/eyeblech a while back which angered me was a video of a man that attempted suicide by jumping and then instead of hitting the ground, to put it bluntly, got analed by a pole and it went all the way up into his body. Paramedics actually tried to save his life, which was literally impossible at that point and they were just dragging out his suffering.

It sounds awful what he went through. Nobody should be forced to endure that. Those parents are extremely cruel. At least he is at peace now and is free from this horrible world.
