So, what can I say?

I recently was sectioned and am in the hospital.

I don't mind it as they are helping me and I have access to my phone and headphones.

Any amount of distraction is a blessing here.

So, it doesn't matter what I did regarding method or what I took. I almost was at the finish line. So close but no cigar.

But, I think the meds are working and I am feeling better somehow.

If anyone is feeling helpless. There are newer meds available. I am no doctor but maybe, just maybe life can be better for you.

Sorry for the boring post but keep your head up and you will be okay.

I really wish all the medical establishment had this practice for us suicidals, but honestly, I lost hope in them even caring how we feel, as long as they can get home and say "I saved a life today!"

But all I see them care about is bragging about "saving lives". But I wish they do better for you... even for months to come.

If anyone is feeling helpless. There are newer meds available. I am no doctor but maybe, just maybe life can be better for you.
