Scared to go to hell or reincarnation - Anyone else?

I stumbled upon the concept of reincarnation when I was in high school. Yeah, it boggled my mind too. In case of interest, I attached the YouTube video link from Dr. Semkiw: Walter Semkiw, MD discusses Evidence of Reincarnation and the Purpose of Reincarnation

If it's real, there is a chance I end up somewhere worse, like for example: as a starving kid in Africa with no food with water.. just suffer everyday...
