Help Scared of MRI and problems with Metoclopramid

I planned on doing the SN method and tried to get metoclopramid today but my doctor just gave me a prescription for ibuprofen 600mg and ordered an MRI. Are they able to see that im faking the migraine on the MRI result?
Also what can I do now that I dont have a way for getting the metoclopramid?
