Discussion Scared of being paralyzed

My plan was to do partial hanging, and it seemed like a good idea at first. But I realize if somehow unexpectedly screw up I could end up paralyzed.

That's what makes me fear doing this plan the most and SN being my alternative is a bit hard to find. Hanging is certainly very possibly albeit I have to find a way to secretly buy the correct rope.

I fear the same, it's so terrifying and horrific to me how trying to cease existing can go wrong and lead to way worse suffering in this existence where there is no limit as to how much one can be tortured.

I always suffer so much from how I cannot just access guaranteed death and never suffer again, I see so much cruelty in how we exist in this dreadful anti-suicide world where the suffering and torture of existing seen as to force and prolong no matter what, the fact that the option to cease existing peacefully is denied just causes so much more harm and suffering.

I agree, the best we can all do is hope luck comes to make it be able to happen.

If it's highly likely you get found early, then I don't recommend hanging.

Hanging imo is ideal if you have good amount of time being alone and you got good rope and an anchor point that can take your weight, whether for partial or full.

Two important points to add: the rope and the knot should be placed in the proper position of the neck, and the knots of both ends should be good enough.

Both sn and partial have drawbacks, to me personally, SN is more reliable. Survival Instict also is more effective against partial hanging than sn so serious planning is a must.
