Saw a guide about survival instinct in suicide but now can't find it.

Hi there,

I could be totally wrong but im sure I saw a guide somewhere about survival instinct in suicide and it had like the scientific reasons behind it etc. I'd be really interested in reading this as I need to overcome my 'block' but I cannot find this guide. Does anyone happen to know what im talking about? Or maybe i saw it somewhere else?
