Venting s/h while talking to friend

literally sitting here cutting my thighs while watching my friend play a game, he has no idea. i feel bad but it was a sudden urge and im home alone so i took the opportunity. hoping my brother doesn't come home soon

That is not a good idear. There is a high risk to be interrupted, because of it takes some time this way.

I think that it certainly sounds like a terrible idea self harming if someone else is right there, as maybe they could try to interfere and this would just make things worse.

i forgot to clarify i was on call with this friend, not watching him play a game in person. i appreciate the concern, but yea, something i just forgot to mention
