my ex is ruining my life by spreading lies about me, constantly. she's trying to ruin me and my reputation. everyone in the friend group has picked a side, and it's my ex's. meanwhile i was the one being emotionally abused and gaslit. i feel so alone, so unbelievably alone. i have nothing and nobody. i have gone from seeing my therapist once a month to two to three times a month, but i can't be fully honest. i don't want to be institutionalized. i just want everything to end. im so so so tired of being alive.
