Anyone else find this? I'm a little more focused but main thing I notice is changed in my emotions to be more chill and less extreme. I used to have very BPD symptoms.

Wow! I know someone that experienced increased confidence with Addy. It's possible. Maybe ADHD caused your depression, and you mistook extreme suicidal urges as BPD?

Hi
I recently found out after general abuse of Stims for many years that most of my "BPD" "traits" may be actually just unmedicated ADHD symptoms.

It occurs to me that ADHD/BPD/autism have a very similiar smyptoms and stims mostly get rids of those unpleasant ones and makes you more "normal" .

But to answer your question , yes it does calm down the emotions.
