Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I grew up with the PS1 and I remember loving Tomba 2 and Strider 2. Also played quite a bit of the Crash Bandicoot games. My dad used to be a fan of the Oddworld series too and I'd sit down and watch him play them... Man those were the days
Grew up with a PS1. Metal Gear Solid was basically a hollywood film at a time where game plots were often so simple. Now that video games are really big productions and we're used to that, I don't think I'll ever be wowed as hard again.
I think the Oddworld games really stick out for their art and they still hold up. The way they used pre-rendered stuff to sell you the world made them seem so huge and magical, they really went ham and the art direction is some of the best in video games. Hard as balls though.
The games I've played in my childhood are GTA 3 and Civilization 3.
When it comes to some of the best retro games, I would suggest the first Half Life game.
does stupid invaders (2000) count? it's a dreamcast+pc game and easily my fav game for the storyline and visuals even if im not very into retro, just probably somewhat y2k
If ps1 games count as retro. Also a few gbc games there too. I think I have Pokemon Fire Red, Emerald, crystal and the trading card game. Also have Harry Potter Sorcerers stone and Chamber of secrets on GBC as well as Fire Emblem 7 and a great game named Penny Racers.
Also have a few ps2 games but tbh want to sell a few.
If retro now includes ten years ago I just completed Stella Glow the other day. Not sure what game to play next thinking of something a bit different with Steins;Gate
