Ressources on exit bags

Hi guys, so i've looked into each inert gas method scuba/eebd/exit bags but i have trouble finding the necessary ressources on how to make a proper exit bag. Don't get me wrong i've read the Final exit book and the PPH but they don't provide extensive infos on how to do it. Buy that i mean there's no plans and pictures. I've already came across a post here that linked to a video of Betty explaining how to do one on tape. Do you guys know if there's more detailed step by step instructions out there ? It might seem trivial but i don't know i just like to have every single piece of information i can even if it's to explain how to draw a circle or open a door. Thanks in advance for your answers.

The most recent editions of Final Exit advised to use a sports sweatband/headband as opposed to taping elastic to the bag. It's probably a lot easier than using elastic and toggles :




For the other way with elastic and toggle:

Exit bag and inert gas megathread

A thought that crossed my mind. Does a flow meter for example set at 15l/pm and regulator at maybe 3-4 bar. Will the pressure never exceed 3-4 bar? Will it stop the flow when the atmosphere which it is connected to is equal? In my mind it should but I’m just checking, don’t want to fail.
