No no this isn't a goodbye this is a reminder, because we're better safe than sorry.


In the last days, a famous chemical seller has stopped their activity on a certain site. Vague I know, it's done on purpose. Some will know his name, please keep it to yourself.
The man was known to provide... most of europeans with SN, but he was not only a SN supplier, he was a whole chemical lab to himself.
Now I do not know if there are any correlations, but people have been veeerry open regarding his identity on the website these last days....
The rules state that no contact info, or links redirecting to sellers or selling website should be posted directly. Please stick to these rules. I'm sure discretion isn't our strongest hat either but still.

Another idea is: the guy looked at his rating and saw that most of the products he sold was SN, and freaked out...
He's a bit slow if that's the case.

Anyways tldr: Do not share info or links regarding sellers in public. Do not ask "is this product legit" in a way that could identify a seller. Do it in dms with people you may find trustworthy. We've lost a mvp there.

@Areean This is precisely the thing i am always talking about, and nobody seems to see the connection between dealers coming in trouble because of all the blabbering everybody does about every small detail.

This counts for SN and N.

Also A had gotten to much exposure because of ss since 2018 and the raids and the hunt for him started. And BOB was gone even sooner. I feel sad for this because it will end sometime all of this.

The trade will still exist but people will have to go on vacations for it. There are still countries where N is accessible if you pay the costs.

Well I've seen that listing disappear and reappear before.
I've also seen it still available "behind the scenes" before as explained in my spoiler link above.

Guess we can just wait and see if it returns....

Saw this happening - it didn't help that people were outright sharing it all on here in great detail. Not surprising, and I wish those people would stop doing that or at least have the threads removed.

Shame, thought about buying another bottle. Tbh, I feel the pressure is mainly coming from the auction site itself, because someone mentioned before that they were now asking customers to declare the purchase and name their intentions with it. It's absurd. Yes, the blabbering here isn't helpful nor the photos, but as I mentioned on the other thread I think the main link is actually the people who kill themselves with it and the ones close to them who are left behind. They then begin asking questions as to how it was possible their loved ones could so easily obtain such a lethal substance via an online auction site for less than 15€. Coroners and the like might ask similar questions and inform the proper channels. This is then forwarded to the auction site and they'll simply ban it because the turnover is in no relation to the liability and reputation costs. I think this was always beyond our control and in no way preventable. Most members may erase the links to this site, but obviously the cause of death can always be traced back to the source. So, while I agree to an extent, I don't feel we should blame the community for what is actually a failure of society.

While I don't live in Europe nor am using SN as my method, that sucks to hear about what happened. I agree with you that people should exercise more caution and refrain from sharing info or posting info regarding the source/seller. I also think that the seller is also trying protect himself from legal liabilities, and other consequences.

Yeah sort of because even in peru. And Mexico they are taking precautions because of suicide tourism. Thats already going on for years and penalties are getting higher for the vetshops

If this is who I think it is I was never asked for a reason, I got a hold up but it was all resolved, if the absence is genuinely due to people having too much of a loud mouth then that's just upsetting

That is indeed a major problem. Some people on here do indeed play fast and loose with the rules and can't seem to shut their mouth, something George warned about about if memory serves.

I propose to immidiately report any post mentioning specifics of any source. If need be the mods can explain to newbies why their post was deleted.

This has happend with another reputable seller in the USA. They stopped supplying SN via amazon and came back up with what i'm assuming was new inventory so maybe there is hope? This is definitely a wake up call to not share information regarding sellers on this forum only privately.

Unfortunately, comments like this are a big indication that companies are getting notified. This was the same issue when people talking about companies who sold nitrogen online. One site in particular was redirecting people to the Suicide Prevention Lifeline.

Think people tried that, but not sure if they were turned down. Personally I was neither asked by the seller nor the site, bought mine last year. I think the problem with SN is that it simply has too few viable uses for public consumers (unlike ropes e.g.) and those who do need it can obtain it with a company license.

This was the thread I think:

Yep, this is what I mean. Of course, we can tone it down a little, but those left behind won't and will address the issue all the same, which is why I feel they are the main drive behind these crackdowns, and that will always remain beyond our control as long as people kill themselves with the product.
