Relapse + Dutch/Netherlands

Yesterday when I posted I will quit this website, I was sleep deprived while I also had taken too many medications and Xanax.

I keep trying to blame others for my unhappiness and depression, but today after I woke up, I realized again, the source of all my problems is… me.. haha. I cannot live with myself. I wish I did not wake up.

I want this suffering to end, but the suffering will not end with quitting this site. I was wrong again.

Thank you for all the kind messages anyways. I felt support and care for a second.
