I'm sorry but this video was terrible. Having my SN in a cupboard doesn't make me feel like superman. It's nice to have yes, but I don't feel any different and life is still torment. Being ready to kill myself doesn't suddenly make me want to go frolic in a field and live life to the fullest. I don't known who this guy is but he's obviously never been suicidal if he thinks wanting to off yourself can be a source of endless motivation.

To me the video is just toxic positivity, I cannot stand that motivational speech type thing, I don't understand how people even have the energy for it, at least in my case no matter what happens, I could never ever have any enthusiasm for life. I just want to leave this world filled with endless suffering behind.Similar threads
