Sunday (yesterday) to Thursday night, take olanzapine at 9:45PM as an AE

Thursday - Eat lightly, don't eat heavy foods. Abstain from soft drinks/acidic foods
Friday:
10:30AM - Wake up
1:00PM - Have croissant and eggs and wash it down with an ensure protein shake.
1:30PM - Only Water for rest of the day
9:30PM - 10mg Olanzapine with minimal water
9:30PM - Water fast
11:00PM - Take 600mg Advil with 1 oz water
11:20PM - Take 2 x 10mg Olanzapine and 100mg Quetiapine (to make me drowsy)
12:00AM - Take SN

Please let me know if you recommend otherwise :)

It's better to do everything on an empty stomach to avoid nausea and to let the drugs enter the circulation without obstacles. It seems pointless to me to have a protein shake before dying. At most I would opt for Viagra/Cialis, so if they find you at least they will find you dead but with an erect penis

lmaooo. I've heard that you are supposed to fast for 8 hours. Croissant, 2 eggs and a protein shake 11 1/2 hours before taking SN seems fine. It's probably going to keep me full for about 4 hours.
