Alright SaSu, so unfortunately this is the best it can get.

The rope is not the best, it might be polyester (?) it appears to be braided, it's about 5 cm thick, so i doubled it up to be 10 cm, i tied a slipknot for my neck and for the anchor it's a bowline knot.

The anchor point is the bar of a closet, it's kinda sketchy because the bar seems to be just glued instead of bolted, i'm sure it can support at least half my weight (not tested for longer periods).

I will be kneeling on the floor with a pillow under my legs for comfort.

last time i tested partial i was using two rolled up socks as padding on both carotid areas, but they were actually hindering the proper obstruction of the carotids so, this time i went in without them, rope just below my adams apple using a thin cloth on my neck to not get ropeburn, with just one try in less than 5 seconds i started feeling the effects of lack of bloodflow.

I don't know if i will actually CTB this weekend (i'll see how i feel about it tomorrow) but it's reassuring that my setup SHOULD work. There are other anchor points but this one's the safest since it's inside my room.

Doubling up the rope is fine. However, you should add a stopper knot to the Noose Knot. (It's called a Noose Knot, not a Slip Knot.) A Noose Knot + stopper knot combination is called an Arbor Knot – this is the knot you need. Tie the stopper knot as close to the Noose Knot as you can! Without an added stopper knot, the Noose Knot might slip.

On the anchor side, the rope is fraying. It looks quite bad. I would cut off the fraying and burn the ends to prevent further fraying.

You're sure it can support half your weight? How did you measure that? By the way, if you don't want to take risks, it should be able to support your full weight.

If it looks sketchy, you shouldn't use it. I definitely wouldn't risk using something that I'm not sure about. It looks like you're hoping the bar will be strong enough, but you're uncertain about it. That's not good enough.

Kneeling can be fine as long as it's a high kneeling position. By that, I mean kneeling as upright as you can.

In my opinion, a deep kneeling position where your hips are close to your ankles is risky. Once you lose consciousness, you'll likely end up sitting because the setup will lose height under your weight. This is bad, because sitting might not provide enough pressure. See attached image below. It shows the expected ligature tension in various positions as a percent of the body weight.

This sounds like you're planning to do it with other people in the house. It's a bad idea. One of the most critical things is to not be found prematurely. Being found too early is one of the most dangerous things and can lead to a bad outcome.

All in all, I would look for a better anchor point and do it when I'm completely alone in the house.

I thought with Fsh you use a noose and they say with partial to use a slip knot?
