rate my different CTB methods

falling (roughly 4 stories)
tourniquet method
night night method
full suspension hanging but i don't know if my closet bar will hold me
shallow water blackout

I don't really think that falling from 4 stories is high enough, it will just lead to injuries. And I guess that when it comes to other methods it's a personal choice really, I guess all that one can do, is do research. I would personally fear the other 4 methods failing if I tried to attempt which is what keeps me trapped here, I envy the courage of those who manage to succeed.
